You can download StreamBuffRe in two different flavors: With installer or as a portable program.
Both versions offer the same initial setup. The installer version stores its settings in the user specific directory (see here for details). The portable version instead stores all settings and additional programs inside its own directory. StreamBuffRe was tested with windows 7, 10 and linux mint, but might work with other operating systems as well.
If you are unsure, which version you should download, use the one with an installer.

Beware: The installer only works on windows. Use the portable version on linux.

This version comes in zip file. Just unextract and go.
